Packet Pickup Rules

  • You MUST pickup your packet either Thursday or Friday prior to the event during the times and dates listed above. Those attempting to pickup on race morning/day will be turned away and not be permitted to race.

  • You MUST pickup your own packet. No one may pickup someone else’s packet, this means one packet per person and it must be theirs. There will be no exceptions to this rule. It’s a stipulation of our sanctioning and insurance. If you cannot pickup your own packet at one of the times listed above please do not register to race.

  • You MUST show your government issued photo ID to pickup your packet. It must be government issued (basic ID, driver’s license, passport) ID. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

  • You MUST pickup your packet items before checking your bike and/or boat. The stickers you get at packet pickup are to be placed on your boat, life jacket, oar, bike, and helmet so you MUST have them prior to checking your equipment so you can label them correctly before checking them in and dropping them off.

  • You DO NOT need a USA Triathlon license or card to pickup. When you registered it asked you if you were an annual USAT member. If you were it already took and verified your license. If you were not it asked you if you wanted to become and annual member or if you only wanted a 1-day race license. Either way your info has been verified and you’ve been charged (if necessary). So… no need for any further USA Triathlon info or identification.

  • You MUST check all your items given to you at packet pickup to verify you have everything you should. We are human and make mistakes. If you happen to be missing something you should have (what’s listed below) please politely speak to one of our volunteers at packet pickup and they can get your squared away.

  • Ask questions. If you have questions that are not answered on this website please ask at packet pickup and equipment check-in/drop-off so that you are all set come race morning. We ask that you PLEASE read through every page of this website so that you are not asking questions you could easily find the answers to on your own prior to the event. An informed athlete is a successful and happy athlete.
